The purchase of a new build property can often be more complex as the property may not have been built or registered, and often developers will apply strict time-limits to purchase the property.

Our role is to ensure your rights are understood and protected throughout the transaction.
You will be allocated a dedicated file handler who you will have access to, and they will be responsible for ensuring all legal matters are completed promptly. This person will stay in close liaison with you, the developer, the site office, the agent (where applicable), the lender (where applicable) and the seller’s solicitor.
We are aware that most new build property matters are time-sensitive, and we are aware that such purchases, particular those off-plan, come with additional risks. We will ensure you are aware of the risks, and we will work to minimise these at all times.
Your case handler will ensure you are kept up to date and fully informed at each stage of the legal process.
